Our private cooking class produced a very personal and delightful experience...not to mention an excellent lunch. Needed all 8 walking miles to make a dent in how full we felt after eating. Starter was potato soup with hairy pig sausage (sans hair thankfully), then chicken paprika with the spaetzle noodles, and we finished off with cottage cheese balls covered in bread crumbs and powdered sugar topped with apricot preserves. Awesome!
