The pre dinner entertainment was a recreation of Franz Joseph and his wife Elizabeth, Sissi, of the Austrian empire (who by the way was known for a 17 inch waist ). They role played and helped us understand the events leading up to WW1.
Then we were treated to an epicurean experience. Local food, magnums of wine and superb service from Petra. The food and wine pairings were excellent.
