Cooking class with Peter

Our personal chef day started with a tour of the central Budapest market and then a cab ride to Peter's kitchen in the Buda region northwest of the Danube. At the market we tasted Langos..a large fried pancake with sour cream and shredded cheese. Then on to strudel with a side taste of Kombucha...all this before starting our lunch. The base in most Hungarian dishes start with onions, tomatoes and peppers( locally known as paprika) ..
