Having just received their 100 point rating for a Riesling, this bio dynamic winery, Nikolaekof, gave us a great tour this morning. The 4th generation son, Nicholas, shared his passion and his 31 year old birth present...a 1000 gallon wine barrel...filled. Peggy also met her new best Irish friend, Tim, and found a shared love for Dingle, Guinness and Irish Tursdays. .
