Day 17...dinner at Il Buon Padre!

Even if you were a faithful blog follower last year, you probably wouldn't remember this restaurant. If you do however, you'd recall that we went specifically for the mom's tajarin, the super thin pasta to die for. Momma had sold out and wouldn't have any new pasta ready until last year's dinner...which meant we had to return this year, calling in advance to ensure Tajarin was in the house. Claudio gave us a wonderful wine tasting and tour of his underground cantina (wine cellar)and then we headed for the long awaited delicacy. On the way, we met an Austrian couple, Joseph and Martina, who happened to have seen us both at a restaurant 2 nights ago and at a La Morra wine tasting just a few hours earlier. So of course we invited them to join us for dinner.
